You can return or exchange a item within 7 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an approval email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when you returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues 
Although we inspect all merchandise for defects and discoloration prior to shipment, please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 
All custom pieces, special orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
